At Zensia Coffee, we take pride in delivering premium coffee and exceptional service. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are here to ensure that your experience with our products meets your expectations. This policy applies exclusively to online purchases made through our website.

1. Returns and Refunds

 

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns on any coffee products. However, if there is a problem with your order, we will make it right.

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product

  • Your order was damaged during shipping

  • Your order never arrived

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us at [support@zensiacoffee.com] within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Coffee or perishable goods that have been opened or used

  • Orders with incorrect address information provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by carriers once the item has shipped

3. Exchanges

 

If you are unsatisfied with your order due to a mistake on our part, we may offer an exchange or replacement item at no additional cost.

4. Order Cancellations

 

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please email us immediately at [support@zensiacoffee.com] if you need to cancel your order.

5. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of shipping will be deducted unless the issue was a result of our error.
