Originating from Colombia’s Valle del Cauca, pan de bono is a small, golden, cheesy bread made with corn flour and Colombian white cheese. Naturally gluten-free and baked fresh daily at Zensia, its slightly crisp crust and soft, stretchy interior are a textural delight. Paired with our carefully brewed specialty coffee, the result is a sensory harmony of flavor and comfort.
